NARADA has passed the ISO14001 system by DNV.
In today's society, it's not possible to produce high-quality products without a well-trained workforce and environmentally sound facilities. We devote resources on health, environmental and safety responsibilities, plus we invest in advanced training. Here are some of the ways we carry out our environmental, health and safety investments:
Some of the regulations that govern manufacturing plants vary among states and counties. Nonetheless, we set consistent environmental goals for air, water and waste, and employee health and safety standards for all of our facilities. Sometimes, our goals are more stringent than regulations.

Sewage disposal |
To earn the trust of people in our communities and the respect of regulators, we take the initiative in communicating with them. We have a large number of active community relationships, such as Chamber memberships, environment improvement programs in the places where our facilities are located
Our employees receive training when they join the company, and then receive advanced training every year thereafter. The training addresses not just technical competence, but environmental compliance, emergency response and safety, and human and relationship skills that enhance communication, teamwork and initiative. We have seen improvements in a number of areas as a result of our training.
| Goals and Action Plans by Location |
Production is important to us, but it's not the sole criterion used to evaluate a plant's performance. We also look at community involvement by employees of the plant, environmental performance, training, and the plant's health and safety record. Ultimately, they make NARADA balanced, profitable, safe and environmentally responsible.

Dust collectors |
We don't wait around for regulators to knock on our doors and inspect our facilities. To keep our plants at peak regulatory performance, we have our own team of supervisor. They help assure that our environmental and health practices are in place and the goals are being met.
| Key Management Performance Review |
These reviews are built on the belief that what gets measured gets improved. We have our own performance standards, such as, employee blood lead levels and health examine. Managers are reviewed monthly on their status, progress and priorities. The results are addressed at meeting
